Zeca, founder and owner of Flaris Coquetelaria , detected a great lack of qualified labor, and a great difficulty for bar owners to manage the production of handcrafted mixes in their establishments.

He created a company which supplies the mix, garnishes and inputs for the preparation of a pre-selected cocktail menu, which are the latest trend in the world's cocktail industry.

Support is provided in the assembly of the bar, selection of bartenders, training and monitoring of processes.

The Flairs Coquetelaria ensures inventory control, reducing internal costs, ease in exchange for bartenders and competitive price, and of course, the guaranteed quality of its cocktails.

Support is done in person and remotely through a platform with videos and manuals.
